So, what is the Kalen System?
The Kalen System is a science-based workout proven to effectively burn fat in half the time.
It includes a 3-phase approach:
Mindset – The first phase includes detailed training on breathing techniques, exercises technique, and daily eating patterns. We also introduce weightlifting for longevity.
Movement – The second phase will increase in exercise movements, patterns, and techniques. We’ll increase in weight lifting intensity and introduce new strength exercises.

Here’s a step-by-step example of the proven 30 minute workout:
Warm up with 3 to 4 dynamic exercises. No static Stretching. Light bodyweight movement is required to help warm up the body to be ready for exercise.
Meet with your trainer and proceed to start the weight lifting aspect of your custom training program. 3-4 different exercises using various tools such as Bands, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Barbells, etc.
Finish off the session with 2-3 High-Intensity Cardio exercises for 5-10 minutes to open the lungs and get the heart pumping.
Proceed to cool down on your own with some light stretching and deep controlled breathing.
