Mindset

Training is not about turning off and reacting to orders. In this phase, we will incorporate mindfulness and breathing as we break down the basics of strength training so you have a strong foundation for the rest of your life.

Movement

You’ve conquered the hardest step - the discipline and focus required to move like a pro. In this next phase, you’ll learn how to connect all muscle groups together to achieve true muscle and breathing alignment.

Mastery

You are now an expert in movement and mind, but to become a true master, the learning is never over. In this phase you will explore a new territory of strengthening and focus, redefining goals both inside and outside of the studio.
