With Classic, you get five one-hour training sessions a week. Offered by popular demand, Express delivers amazing results in less time, so anyone can experience A12. Express meets three times a week for 35 minutes.
Yes. A12’s nutrition principles are based on portion control, so you don’t have to worry about starving yourself or counting calories. Whether you’re in Classic or Express, you’ll progress through 3 phases of nutrition to transform your body into a fat-burning furnace.

Our A12 Programs start every three months and are limited to six people per class. The sessions are held in-studio on set days at set times. A12 is designed to have a beginning and an end.
It differs insofar as the program itself is designed using intelligent software, into which we enter your performance at each and every workout.
Using complex algorithms, the software will guide you through the 12 week program detailing exactly how your next session should be performed based on the performance of your previous session.
The custom software will detail what your next set of exercises should be, what weight you should be lifting and how many reps you should be performing.
