You’ve conquered the hardest step - the discipline and focus required to move like a pro. In this next phase, you’ll learn how to connect all muscle groups together to achieve true muscle and breathing alignment.
You are now an expert in movement and mind, but to become a true master, the learning is never over. In this phase you will explore a new territory of strengthening and focus, redefining goals both inside and outside of the studio.
Since 2008, founders Wayne and Stephen have figured out what it takes to create a training program that ensures the success of their clients, both inside and outside the gym.
Overworked, unhealthy, and unhappy Wayne and Stephen’s story started with the realization that enough was enough. To get back to feeling like themselves, they would need to reframe their approach to being happy humans by incorporating physical movement and healthy eating into their lifestyles.
Along their journey of transformation Wayne and Stephen learned that the balance they were seeking was found with the right combination of strength training, proper nutrition, and intentional recovery. They learned they could achieve sustainable results in 30 minute density training sessions, three times a week. Soon, Wayne and Stephen were sharing this model for wellbeing in their home studio garage with friends and clients.
Wayne, Stephen and the rest of the Training Loft staff have worked to bring their unique formula for success to thousands of clients through personalized density training. As Training Loft grows and expands, the TL team continues to bring their simple yet impactful personal training philosophy to those seeking to feel and look their best, for good.

Vince has been evolving in the field of human wellness and performance for over 14 years. Originally from South Florida, his career began at 18 years of age, working as a fitness trainer at a large chain gym; affording him the opportunity to work with and learn from a wide range of body types, capacities, goals, and mindsets.
After a few years of growth, in his mid 20's, Vince made the leap into athletic performance and holistic wellness. Stimulated by a desire to genuinely help others thrive, and reach optimal health, performance, and longevity on top of a sturdy foundation.

Jimmy's main focus as a trainer is to help people feel confident in and out of our studio and educate clients with proper form, workouts and breathing exercises during their sessions at Training Loft. Working out consistently and maintaining a healthy lifestyle has helped Jimmy achieve these goals.

Francis found his passion for movement and fitness while dancing in college, where he was president of the schools dance team. He hopes to bring that same love and insight of movement to others through individualized strength training.
A Nashville native, Francis spent the past year studying functional movement patterns under A-list trainer Daniel Meng. He is thrilled to join the Training Loft team and to help bring his joy of fitness to every client.
Francis is so passionate about personal training. His goal with his clients is to not only to increase strength and help them reach their fitness goals, but to help every client live a more functional and well rounded lifestyle. He believes everything we do in the gym has a greater impact on how we move through life. By focusing on functional movements, Francis helps individuals not only in the gym, but also in their everyday lives.

Aristotle is from Pennsylvania. He has a degree in business and a passion for fitness. He decided to start training people right after college. He enjoys seeing his clients gain confidence in themselves and fall in love with fitness. He takes pride in working with every single one of his clients. He enjoys going on adventures and visiting new cities and states. Aristotle loves weight training and pushing himself to the limit.
