Great workouts deserve great food!
Let’s be honest: one of the best things about working out in Westwood—besides Training Loft, of course – is all the healthy food nearby.
Whether you’re rolling out of a morning session or looking for a good post-workout lunch, there are tons of healthy places to eat in Westwood within walking distance that won’t undo your progress.
We’ve pulled together a few of our go-to spots for clean, feel-good meals and snacks. These places make it easy to keep eating well, and are just a walk across the street from our Westwood gym!
Robeks is our favorite for smoothies and juices that actually taste good and help with recovery. Whether you’re craving something fruity or looking for a protein-packed pick-me-up, they’ve got you covered. It’s also super convenient when you don’t feel like a full meal but still want something nourishing.
Go-to order: the Performance Plus smoothie with whey or an açai bowl with granola on top.
Just a short walk from the gym, Lazy Daisy feels like that sunny neighborhood spot you always want to hang out at. And while it’s great for weekend brunch, they’ve also got some solid lighter meals that won’t leave you with a heavy stomach.
What we love: the egg white veggie scramble, grilled chicken salad, or anything with avocado on it.
Right across the street from us- literally – you’ll find Bluestone Lane. Yes, the coffee is great, but so is everything else. Think avocado toast that actually fills you up, colorful bowls, and even gluten-free banana bread if you’re feeling a little indulgent.
Try this: matcha latte with oat milk + a warm grain bowl. You won’t regret it.
Sweetgreen is our go-to when we want to build something totally custom or just grab a quick, balanced lunch that doesn’t taste like cardboard. You pick your base, protein, toppings, and dressing… easy!
We’re fans of: the Guacamole Greens salad or making your own with grilled chicken, wild rice, and roasted veggies.
CAVA is one of those spots where eating healthy doesn’t feel like you’re missing out. Their bowls are packed with bold flavors, good fats, and lean proteins, plus you can go heavy on the veggies without even trying.
Try: the greens + grains bowl with grilled chicken and don’t skip the Crazy Feta. Trust us.
One of the things we love most about being located in Westwood is that it’s easy to stick to your health goals without feeling restricted. You can train hard and eat well—whether that’s a smoothie, a grain bowl, or a good old-fashioned avocado toast.
If you ever need help figuring out how to match your meals to your workouts, or just want to talk nutrition and fitness, we’re here.
